Wang Shufen and Zhou Nong conducted research on Sany Group in Changsha

On October 17, Wang Shufen, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Yunnan Provincial People's Congress and Chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, led a research team to Changsha to conduct an inspection and research at Sany Group, focusing on deepening reforms in the development of the industrial workforce. Zhou Nong, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial People's Congress and Chairman of the Hunan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, participated in the inspection. Xiang Wenbo, Party Secretary and Rotating Chairman of Sany Group and Chairman of Sany Heavy Industry, accompanied the delegation.

                                                                                             

The research team visited the Sany Intelligent Heavy-Duty Truck Industrial Park and Hunan Sany Industrial Vocational and Technical College (Hunan Sany Craftsman College). They first visited the company's exhibition hall and intelligent manufacturing workshops to learn about the company's development history, production operations, and application of research results, and to experience the vitality of intelligent manufacturing and technological innovation in Hunan's engineering machinery industry.

                                   

Afterwards, the research team listened in detail to a special report at Hunan Sany Craftsman College on the company's deepening reform of industrial workforce construction and the construction of the Craftsman College. They went into the training workshop and skill master studio, observed the trainees' practical training on site, and had cordial exchanges with teachers and students who were undergoing intelligent welding and industrial robot programming training.

During the research trip, the trade unions of Hunan and Yunnan provinces conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on key areas of "industrial reform," including strengthening ideological guidance for the industrial workforce, improving the political status and treatment of industrial workers, facilitating career development and skill level advancement for industrial workers, stimulating the innovative and creative energy of industrial workers, and improving mechanisms to protect the rights and interests of industrial workers. Both sides stated that the reform of the industrial workforce is a major reform personally planned, deployed, and directed by General Secretary Xi Jinping. It is a strategic and overarching decision-making and deployment of the Party and the state, and has profound and far-reaching significance for promoting high-quality economic and social development, fostering harmonious labor relations, and building a large workforce of high-quality workers. It is crucial to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the reform of the industrial workforce, further strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the trade unions of the two provinces, learn from each other's good experiences and practices, conscientiously and meticulously implement the "15th Five-Year Plan" for "industrial reform," continuously innovate work ideas and measures, and jointly promote new and greater achievements in "industrial reform."
